It’s official! The 2025 Hermes Creative Award winners are here, and REACH has been recognized for the third consecutive year. It includes two gold awards earned on behalf of our stellar clients: Roundhouse and ila.

Our creative team worked to get both clients’ award-winning websites to the finish line, and we’re proud of the results.

Keep reading tosee what the awards are all about, explore the winning sites and get inspiration from the teams involved.

About the Hermes Creative Awards

If you’re new to the Hermes Creative Awards, here’s a quick introduction:

Internationally renowned, the awards celebrate the efforts of creative professionals. It’s one of the oldest and largest creative competitions in the world, with winners ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.

Judges evaluate the creative industry’s best publications, branding collateral, websites, videos, advertising, marketing and communication programs to select the winners each year.

REACH is a comprehensive marketing agency for multifamily property management. This year’s client entries resulted in two wins — both gold — for website design. Read the press release.

Roundhouse property website wins gold

Roundhouse won gold for its property website for The Beaumont. REACH brought creativity to the design — in collaboration with the Roundhouse team — showcasing images of the affordable housing community and surrounding landscape in Bozeman, Montana.

The site also features a visually interesting color palette, seamless navigation and clear calls to action to capture prospective renters.

See The Beaumont’s winner listing. Shout out to Kallie Linse, marketing specialist at Roundhouse, for making the redesign possible.

We connected with Kallie to learn about their experience and see what marketing plans they’ve got on the horizon.

What does this award mean to you?

Kallie: “This award is such an honor to receive. As a creative in the marketing space, putting time and energy into developing a creative direction, communicating the vision and seeing it come to life is incredibly energizing and rewarding.”

Can you describe your experience working with REACH?

Kallie: “Our team at REACH was so organized, communicative and efficient! The website was returned to us much faster than we expected, and very few revisions were needed to get it to the level we wanted it. This is a testament to the team’s ability to ask the right questions, understand our vision and execute on it.”

What marketing goal are you focused on next?

Kallie: “We are so energized by this award. We’re going to use this momentum to keep creating a signature, consistent and memorable experience of our property and corporate brands at every opportunity. We’ve already begun redesigning other websites and using this success as inspiration!”

Another well-deserved gold: ila’s website

The ila website also earned the gold accolade. REACH helped bring ila’s creative design vision to life, then made the site functional.

The final result pairs stunning visuals with engaging copy, user-friendly features and an intuitive layout to guide renters searching for their next home.

What does this award mean to you?

Grant: “We’re delighted that our website has been recognized with a gold award. It’s a testament to the creativity and expertise of the team who brought our vision to life, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result.”
