REACH website redesign: Explore the new look, pages & features
Jun 18, 2025

The word is out: We have a new website!
From fresh design elements to updated features and pages, the new website makes it easy to get to know our offerings, see our award-winning work and more.
Behind the REACH website redesign is our talented creative team. The project was managed by Neha Marathe, with design by Mark Nelson, and integration by Ling Zhang and Jon Reed. Enormous thanks to them all.
We can’t wait to show you around. Keep reading to learn about what’s new, see what inspired each update and hear from the team who made it happen.
A clear vision for the redesign
Building a new website is no easy feat, but it’s made easier when you have an experienced and passionate team.
Neha is an accomplished agency design manager who’s no stranger to leading creative projects. Mark has designed some stellar websites — including the Weidner rebrand. Ling and Jon are experts at integration, with Jon recently integrating ila’s award-winning website.
We checked in with Neha and Mark to learn about their goals for the REACH website redesign.
“Websites naturally age, and after a few years, it’s important to revisit them to stay current with design trends and best practices,” said Neha. “Our goal was to give the website a fresh look and make sure it reflects where the brand is today. We worked to make it feel more modern, better tell our story and offer a smoother, more intuitive experience.”
Mark added, “The goal was to present something unique, memorable and a little fun! Another big focus was to efficiently present all the great services REACH provides. Creating easily scannable content was extremely important.”
Check out the big updates
There’s so much to share from the new website, but we’re excited to call out three notable updates: A page for every REACH offering, brand-new FAQs and a reimagined “our work” section.
Before we dive into those … a moment of appreciation for our new homepage! Thoughtfully designed and optimized, it reflects who we are as a brand (and helps visitors quickly find what they need).

A page for every offering
If you visited the last iteration of our website, you might remember seeing our services condensed into three pages. Now, each offering has its own page — complete with feature descriptions, resources, testimonials, FAQs and paths to get in touch. You’ll find vibrant illustrations, too.
Check out each page below:
“It’s a lot more granular with how we’re showcasing our services,” said Mark. “Each service has its own page to really shine.”
“The websites page is one of my favorites,” added Neha. “It brings together everything we offer in such a clear and thoughtful way.”
Detailed FAQs
FAQs have entered the chat, and for good reason! We knew the importance of answering top questions from apartment marketers, and sharing extra details we think you’ll want to know.
Each “offering” page has its own dedicated FAQ section. Some elaborate on information shown earlier in the page, while others dive into new topics like pricing.

Reimagined “our work” section
We’re especially proud of the updated “our work” section, which spotlights our amazing clients and creative website designers. You can view property and corporate websites, then select categories like standard, custom and award winners.
“The ‘our work’ section is one of my favorites from the new website,” shared Mark. “We’re now showcasing our portfolio in a more intuitive way that viewers will enjoy. Shout out to Jon for his excellent skills integrating this page.”
“We’ve made it super easy to explore our international and award-winning websites in one place,” added Neha.
See more of what’s new
We asked Mark and Neha what they’re most excited for people to experience, whether it’s a big update or smaller detail. Here’s what they said:
“I’m especially excited about the subtle animations that Mark envisioned and Ling brought to life,” explained Neha. “If you look closely, you’ll notice the rainbow lines throughout the new website gently shift in color. It’s a small detail, but it adds a thoughtful and dynamic touch.”
Mark said, “There are so many new bells and whistles to experience! I’m most excited for visitors to see the updated imagery and text we put together. The moving rainbow accents are my personal favorite design element as well. I hope people enjoy that.”
