Apartment marketing series: Fresh website, budget, search & PPC strategies to use now

Jun 3, 2026

A colorful image for an apartment marketing series with text that says, "Marketing summer camp" and "Meet your counselors" with 6 headshots.

Did you join marketing summer school last year? Attendees got an exclusive look at multifamily trends, data and strategies to try right away, and it ended up being one of our most popular educational events yet.

The record turnout and positive feedback gave us an idea. What if we turned this into a three-part apartment marketing series … one with deeper insights and more hands-on advice? Just like that, marketing summer camp was born.

This new-and-improved series brings together six experts — who we’re calling camp counselors — to walk through topics relevant to every apartment marketer now.

So, if that sounds interesting, keep reading! We’ll give you a quick look at what each session entails, then you can sign up. This virtual apartment marketing series is completely free and lots of fun.

Why attend marketing summer camp?

We shared a quick overview, but let’s chat more about marketing summer camp and why you should attend.

Our goal was to make this apartment marketing series fun, fast-paced and practical. Running from June to August, the series will include three sessions total, with one session per month. You register for each session individually. Attend them all or just one, it’s up to you.

You’ll walk away with apartment marketing insights you can’t get anywhere else. Topics covered include websites, media, budget planning, search optimization and pay-per-click advertising.

Our camp counselors have been monitoring recent trends and data, then testing strategies to share with you.

Meet the all-star lineup:

Session 1: Elevate your digital presence

First up is our June 23 session led by Izzy and Nicole. This one is all about transforming your digital presence by optimizing your visual media and website. You’ll find out which types of media drive results, how to work media into your strategy and fresh ways to give your website a glow-up.

Who should attend: Any multifamily brand looking to stand out online as search trends and renter preferences evolve.
