3 platinum Hermes Creative Award statuettes

We’ve gone platinum! No, not like Elvis or Beyoncé, although that would certainly merit a blog post. Instead, we’re excited to announce that REACH has won three platinum Hermes Creative Awards for recent website and SEO work done for our clients.

Read the press release.

The Hermes Creative Awards, administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), is an international competition honoring creative professionals in traditional and emerging media.

The awards honor outstanding work across industries, ranging from individual communicators and independent agencies to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies.

Of course, these awards would not have been possible without the partnership of our innovative multifamily clients. Keep reading to learn more about the teams and process behind each project.

Platinum award: Union 346 for website design

John M. Corcoran & Company needed a website for a new property under construction. We created a fully featured, accessible design that incorporates graphic elements from complementary agencies to create an enjoyable user experience for renters.

The Union 346 website showcases the local area and delivers incredible results. Multiple renters have leased apartments sight unseen.

Jack Setian, digital marketing specialist for John M. Corcoran & Company, shared his perspective on the win and the project.

What does winning a Hermes Creative Award mean to you as a brand?

Jack: Winning a Hermes Creative Award signifies a remarkable achievement for John M. Corcoran & Company’s “Building Community” initiative. An engaging website that effectively connects with users and fosters enthusiasm for residing in a new community can contribute to realizing this goal even before acquiring any residents. The Hermes Creative Award underscores our success in developing Union 346’s brand.

What is your favorite element of the Union 346 website?

Jack: The homepage serves as the centerpiece of the Union 346 website, boasting exceptional photography by our in-house team, striking brand development by Visual Dialogue and engaging animations and web design by REACH. Upon visiting Union 346, users are certain to be captivated by the harmonious blend of animations, graphics and colors that craft a cohesive and mesmerizing landing page experience.

Why did you choose to work with REACH?

Jack: A brand’s identity is not determined solely by its positioning, but rather by the audience’s interpretation of it. This is crucial when working with multiple vendors, as the desired brand positioning can sometimes become obscured. The REACH team, however, excelled in capturing the essence of our brand and conveying it flawlessly on the web, precisely as we had envisioned, exceeding our expectations in the process.

Platinum award: SEO strategy for PRG Real Estate

You might be familiar with this project since we’ve done a client spotlight on PRG Real Estate before. We worked with PRG to put an SEO strategy in place that decreased reliance on high-cost marketing sources, lowered spend and increased returns.

In just three months, this strategy delivered more than 450 leases at a cost per lease of less than $30, generating $7 million in net rental income for PRG Real Estate.

Devon Mendez, marketing and branding manager for PRG real Estate, told us what the win — and a great SEO strategy — means to her.

What does winning a Hermes Creative Award mean to you as a company?

Devon: PRG Real Estate is extremely honored to be recognized, in collaboration with REACH, for our advancements in search engine optimization. This achievement validates the importance SEO plays in our overall marketing strategy.

How does your search engine optimization strategy impact your business?

Devon: SEO is an essential component of any digital marketing strategy. Our partnership with REACH for SEO has increased our visibility in the organic search results, enhanced our on-site user experience and, most importantly, led to an uptick in leases and revenue.

What do you like about working with REACH?

Devon: The REACH team genuinely cares about our business and the marketing performance of our communities. They consistently come to the table with new ideas and strategies to put us ahead of our competition and increase lease volume.

Platinum award: Solstice Living for website design

The REACH design team used art provided by their clients at MEB as inspiration to build a visually interesting and high functioning site. The original art was created by Vic Von S, Elisa Ng and Preview 3D.

The unique artistry sets them apart from competitors, while the engaging features deliver the self-service functionality that modern renters expect.

Congratulations to all

Three cheers for all the Hermes Creative Awards winners! We couldn’t be prouder that you’ve chosen to work with us, and we look forward to continuing to celebrate your brand.

If you’ve got a project that you’d like to have considered for next year’s award process, please let a REACH agency team member know. We’d love to help your brand shine.
